Bespoke leadership development programmes
We create programmes for leaders in early to senior career stages, with topics developed in response to your business needs. Programme length varies from 2-day events to learning journeys spread across 12 months.
Women’s leadership programmes
Our women-only programmes create a safe space to explore relevant leadership topics within the context of gender. The programmes are designed to build a strong and lasting network across the cohort, as well as provide opportunities to share challenges and successes.
Inclusive leadership
In this training, we discuss why inclusion is an essential component of leadership, and how to build team cultures that instill a sense of belonging. We support leaders to increase their open mindedness, develop tools for establishing psychological safety and social support within diverse teams, and break barriers to overcome resistance to inclusion. Training length varies from ½ day to multi-day.
Leader as a coach
Leaders are now expected to act as coaches to their team members, in order to explore what motivates them, close skill gaps, help them achieve their full potential, and provide opportunities to grow professionally. This workshop covers the tools they need to be successful as a coach, including establishing goals, listening without judgment, asking powerful questions and how to use a coaching model. Training length varies from ½ day to multi-day. to multi-day.
Strategic influencing
The focus of this training is to enable leaders to develop effective influencing strategies. Participants will complete a personality assessment, which will provide insight into their preferred influencing tactics, plus additional tactics available to them. They will examine situations in their work life and select the best influencing strategies to help them succeed. Training length varies from ½ day to full day, and full-day workshops may include professional role players.
Conflict management
Our conflict management training helps leaders build conflict competence to better manage disputes. We use an assessment to help participants learn their preferred conflict styles, and develop a well-rounded and strategic approach to managing conflict. We teach non-violent communication skills to support participants to hold effective conflict conversations. Training length varies from ½ day to full day.
Win-win negotiation skills
Our negotiation training aids leaders in gaining the skills necessary to successfully conduct respectful and effective negotiations with internal or external stakeholders. This programme can include role-playing opportunities to help build confidence in negotiation skills. Training length varies from 2 to 3 days.
Building resilience
This training helps leaders define what resilience means to them, and then explore and increase sources of resilience such as positive emotions, purpose, accomplishments, and healthy relationships. Workshops may include stress management techniques, helping participants to effectively identify their stressors, and manage their thinking. Programme length varies from 2 hours to 1 day.
Courageous conversations
This training provides leaders with the tools to conduct courageous conversations. It teaches them to feel confident to take conversational risks, including providing challenging feedback, exploring relational issues with colleagues, and discussing and putting in place clear boundaries. Through role playing, participants are able to practice putting their skills into action. Programme length varies from 2 hours to ½ day.
