Co-create your coaching programme
01 / Check fit
The first step of the coaching relationship is to schedule a chemistry check between the coach and coachee, as well as meetings between the coach and programme sponsor. These meetings help to confirm that there is both individual and organisational fit with the executive coach.
02 / Co-create the programme
Once you’ve determined fit, we design the coaching programme. The first phase of the programme may incorporate stakeholder feedback, psychometric assessments and aptitude instruments. After reviewing all relevant inputs, the coach and coachee work together to confirm the programme goals and co-create a detailed development plan.
03 / Programme delivery
In order to achieve alignment on the goals, the coaching sessions commence with a triangular meeting with the coach, the coachee and the programme sponsor. We then conduct 5-10 confidential coaching sessions at agreed intervals, ending with another triangular meeting where we assess achievements and plan next steps.
