This one-off session is suitable for individuals who would like to gain deeper self awareness for improved performance, or alternatively, greater clarity around avenues for a successful change in role or career. Before the session, you will complete a personality assessment to determine your strengths, derailers, motives, and preferences. We then work with you to develop strategies to leverage your strengths, better manage derailing personality traits, and consider whether your workplace is truly meeting your needs. We round out the session by creating your personal development plan for the future.
Flexible coaching sessions
Having your own personal coach provides you with the luxury of time to safely explore your opportunities and challenges with the full confidence that your coach is there to support your needs. Sessions provide time for you to clarify your thoughts and focus. We act as your partner, helping you to define your goals and develop plans to achieve them. To gain traction on a single issue, 3 1-hour sessions are recommended. If you’d like to have an ongoing partner to support your reflective practice, you may set up monthly sessions or choose the exact number of coaching sessions that is optimal for you.
Career coaching
You may be at a point in your career where you recognise it’s time for change, however it can take time to become clear on where you are going and how you will get there. Career coaching can help you to identify what’s most important to you, consider your options, and set your goals. Once you know where you are going, we can work with you on how to get there. This might include building your confidence in key job-hunting skills such as networking, applying for roles, and attending interviews. Alternatively, it may be about developing a plan to support your progress toward your career goals, and then helping you stay on track.
Conflict coaching
Conflict coaching is a one-on-one process designed to help you effectively manage a specific conflict or dispute, and build conflict competence. You may wish to receive this type of coaching if you are managing a dispute that may escalate, are working to move past a dispute that has already occurred, or are simply preparing to handle a potentially contentious conversation. The minimum number and duration of sessions is 2 90-minute sessions, however this varies depending on your situation and goals.
